Cupcakes

Ingredients
150 g butter, softened
150 g sugar
3 eggs, beaten
150 g self-raising flour, sifted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp milk

For the frosting:
75 g butter, at room temperature
150 g icing sugar
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
a selection of food colouring, choose your favourite colours

To decorate:
• crystallised flower petals, (optional), See Cook's note • sprinkles, (optional) • silver balls, (optional) • hundreds and thousands, (optional) • sweets, (optional)  

Method
 1. Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/ gas 4.
2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light, fluffy and pale.
3. Gradually mix in the beaten egg alternating with the flour to stop the mix from curdling. Finally, stir through the vanilla extract and milk.
4. Place 12 paper cupcake cases into a muffin tin and divide the mixture between them.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and springy to the touch. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
6. For the frosting: In a mixing bowl beat the butter with a spoon or spatular until smooth, then start to sift in the icing sugar, stirring regularly. Add the vanilla extract and milk. The frosting should be light and creamy.
7. Mix your chosen food colouring colours into the icing to give an even colour. 8. Once the cupcakes are totally cool, spoon or pipe the icing onto your cupcakes and finish with your chosen decorations. Then allow to set for at least 30 minutes.

Biscuit

I have always love to eat scones with English tea.. finally i found one recipe that i like... :)

Well, this is a biscuit recipe, to make it to scone, omit the salt, replace sugar with 4 tbsp sugar, change the milk to full cream milk, this will make the biscuit more fluffy like scone.

She has Grown Up

It was hard to get her to go to school But these few days she want to go to school early, very early with reason she want to line up right behind the class monitor.. She has grown up, she no longer cry in the car say she does not want to go to school.. or keep nagging you say "No matter lightning or thunder or storm, rain or shine, you will come pick me up :)

Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

6 tomatoes, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp.prepared Dijon-style mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp.honey
1 tbsp. ground New Mexico chile powder
1 tbsp.Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Methods/steps
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Mix in the onion and garlic and saute for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 15 minutes. Then add the ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, honey, cayenne pepper, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Simmer for 60 more minutes, then pour mixture to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

香葱奶油酱

材料：
无盐奶油　２５０ｇ
意大利芹　（Ｉｔａｌｉａｎ　ｐａｒｓｌｅｙ）　一把
柠檬　一片
蒜头　４片
盐　　１茶

Chop the Italian parsley, discard the stem(can use to cook soup), mixed the parsley, garlic into butter, add 1 tsp of salt, little lemon juice, mix all together, taste if needed extra salt.
