香葱奶油酱

无盐奶油　２５０ｇ
意大利芹　（Ｉｔａｌｉａｎ　ｐａｒｓｌｅｙ）　一把
柠檬　一片
蒜头　４片
盐　　１茶

Chop the Italian parsley, discard the stem(can use to cook soup), mixed the parsley, garlic into butter, add 1 tsp of salt, little lemon juice, mix all together, taste if needed extra salt.

口袋饼（Pita Bread）

材料：
中筋面粉 3 杯（约420 克）
速溶侾母（instant yeast/rapid rise yeast) 两茶匙
盐一茶匙（影片用的是粗盐，所以用两茶匙）
砂糖一汤匙
橄榄油两汤匙
温水一杯（250毫升）

做法：
1。面粉，侾母，盐，糖，橄榄油倒入大碗中，温水徐徐注入，搅拌均匀后倒至桌面

2。揉面约七八分钟，如果太粘就撒点面粉，直到面团光滑有弹性

3。面团置入大碗中，表面稍微莫点油(olive oil)，用保鲜膜盖住，室温下静置约一个半小时，直到面团膨涨二至三倍大

4。将面团分割成六等分，揉成圆球形，撒点面粉，静置《醒》个二十分钟

5。桌面撒粉，将小面团一一杆为约五公分厚的薄饼，同时与中火或中偏小火预热平地锅（如果心疼锅子乾炒，可以在锅面薄薄抹一chen油)

6。将面皮表面的干粉稍微刷除，下锅先烙30秒即翻面，然后一面在各烙约两分钟，直到面饼鼓胀开来即可起锅。

附注：也可以将烤箱预热至200C，饼皮置于烤盘上放入烤箱（或是一pizzapeel 滑到烤箱中一起预热的石板上），约二三分钟，直到面饼鼓胀开即可。

蔥油拌麵

葱一大把
油一碗
酱油一碗
砂糖 3 大匙
面條

做法:
葱洗净擦干, 切成寸段
以中偏小火热油, 倒入葱段慢扁约25分钟, 偶尔翻抄, 直到葱段乾黄, 葱油香四溢
倒入酱油与糖, 搅拌烧开一分钟.
放凉后装罐置入冰箱, 需用时从底部挖取适量葱段油酱(酱油会沉淀), 与热面條拌均即可食.

Wheat Bun

Organic Wheat Flour 500g
Sugar 1tbsp(Mountain)
Salt 1tbsp (flat)
Yeast 1tbsp(half mountain) more yeast will get harder

Add on any dry fruits you like: sunrise tomatoes, raisin, cranberries
Blend in the entire dry ingredient together; create a hole in the middle.

Add in oil (3 tbsp)
Slowly add in warm water (around 500g)

Speed 1 on kitchen aid mixer; make sure dough is not 1 ball in the middle of the hook, but still sticky, hookable at the side of the mixing pot.

Scrap the dough to a ball, sprinkle flour on the dough and wait to rise to double about 1 hour time, cover the pot with cloth.

When ready, break the size straight from the dough, does not need to knit the dough for small bun. Flatten the small dough and put filling, close the filling hole on top of the bun. Work through the shape and sprinkle flour on top.

Rise again to double size.

Heat up oven to 250C, when ready bake the bread for 10-15 mins to get the crunchy outer layer. Bring down oven to 200C, bake for another 10mins to make sure inside is cooked.

Tuna filling
Water can tuna + Lemon + herbs(thyme) + oil if the can does not contain oil.

Fire Engine

Father in law was sick for the past 3 weeks, hubby and I has been taking turn taking care of kids. Every morning we have to send kids to school, and will pass by this fire station. It has been a routine that we are making a game to ask everyone to guess "How many fire enginer will be there?" Normally there should be 2 fire engines at the station, sometime only 1. Kids will always choose 2 and the 2 parents will sometime join them or purpose say 1 or 3... purposely lost, so that kids can learn how to lost gracefully some times :)

Here is the funny one... today, we both parents choose 1... both kids take 2.. they are ready to laugh at the parents when they found they got it right. We stop at the traffic light where you can see the fire engine from far.. while waiting, one fire engine started the siren!!
My son scream: "Jie, one fire engine is moving, we are going to lost!" hahahaha.... surprise me for his speech!

Aiya.. the fire engine does not move anywhere, stop right infront the fire station with siren.. still 2 there when we pass by the fire engine... :(.. the parents lost again...

My New Handmade bag

It was months of thinking to decide to pay tuition fees and make this bag of my own. I modified some of the features inside and outside the bag. Extra storage for me where i want to make this bag can accommodate kids's stuff....

First picture no handle strip yet. Next to it is after putting up the handle and i can start using it :) It was fun to see how my girl teaching his brother through the picture, what is this? a house. Clever boy you know:):) how about this and that .. ....

the back of the bag, i add on the pocket for me to put in some books etc... and i draw the pic myself :) Zoom in..... you see my name there.. a name i always use to introduce myself.

How long it takes to finish? 1 and 1/2 months.. rushing through day and night, so that in time for coming raya and national holiday...

Early morning wake up and kids found out they have new fishes in house.. each of them get 2 fishes... they get so exited, feeding the fish :) Getting ready to go to school, before get out of the house, son gave me a hug but girl refuse to :) ; while walking out from house to the car, son suddenly say:" eh, i forget to bring my fish in my pocket!... and he turned back and gave a smile and say " i am just joking" :) hahahahaha... i was stunt by what he say... what a joker :)

W19 at 72.5kg.. :) way below my last 2 pregnancy.. gaining about 9kg now after eating so much durian ah :) that's cool.. exercise do help..
Everyone is stunt when see me or heard me still playing volleyball and badminton.
Going to swim for the whole next week :):)
Prayerfully this round pregnancy max go up to 80kg only :):):) to break my own record :)

Play dough creations

To make colour dough
Combine
2 cups white flour
1/2 cup salt
2 cups water
2 tablespoomn cooking oil
1/4 cup cream of tartar
Drop of food colouring

Cook in a saucepan over medium heat.

When the mixture looks smooth, let it cool and give it to your child to play with (you can keep in the fridge for future on-the-spot creations.)

Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

2/3 cup butter or margerine, softened
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1-1/2 cups old fashion oats
1-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 6-ounce package Craisin Sweetened Dried Cranberries
2/3 cups white chocolate chunks or chips

Preheat oven to 375F(200C).
Using an electric mixer, beat butter or margerine and sugar together in a medium mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs, mixing well.

Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in a seperate mixing bowl. add butter mixture in several additions, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in Craisin sweetened dried cranberries and white chocolate chunks.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on wire rack.
Makes approximately 2-1/2 dozen cookies.

好开心，有了新的玩具。好多次我走进了这一间店，对店里的每一样东西都爱不释手，好想好想做些什么。也带了姐姐到那里买了些布。

终于2011年我股气勇气，把时间安排出来，报名了。

真的很棒，不止学新的手艺，也认识好多朋友，个个有精彩的故事听。

昨天认识了May，一位美丽的厨师，有空要到她的餐厅尝尝。

这些是上了六个小时的课，还未完成的产品。买了针，剪刀，水消笔，其它的都包在学费里。
第一天上课认识的一位女生说：“真的要有闲又有钱，才能做的久”。大家都双手赞成。

会是什么产品呢？请拭目以待。

好多变化的一年, 2010 年，有了好多新的尝试，

1 染发，烫发，剪留海
2 参加了好多排球赛：IAG 球赛（金），Veteran 球赛（银），Boon Siew Cup 球赛（银），好开心。。。好努力的运动
3 换了教会，开窍了许多，明白了一些。
4 开始爱上羽毛球
5 看了好多戏。。。
6 唱了好多歌。。。
7 认识了好多朋友，也听了好多故事，欣赏大家。

LS: I am good. How about you?
No response from her... hehe
YE: Mummy, Happy Birthday and I Love you
LS: Mummy birthday is on November not today.
YE: Yee Ern's birthday on October
LS: Yes, you are right, on 17 October, do you want to have a birthday party this year?
YE: Yes, Mummy.
LS: Ok, we will have a party for you :)
YE: Thank You Mummy, I Love You Mummy.... (She was hugging me while saying that)

He calls Mama

My son has been learning to talk recently... We have heard him called Che Che, Papa and Mama, but never too sure he really said that... cause the way he talked like mumbling a lot and out of sudden utter the word Che Che, Papa or Mama.... so kind of not sure

But yesterday... he was hungry.. and he looked at me and called "Mama" :) :) so sweet the voice, everyone who was around heard it. He is like her Che Che, 6 months they start to talk....

This is recent taken family picture :) My daughter is about 30 months old and my son is 5 months old.
Recently she is learning up cycling, when you return from home she will request not to park car inside the car porch so that she can ride her bicycle round round round the house, bought her to Youth Park last weekend for bicycle riding and running on the field. My son is a happy baby, smile all the time. Che Che is being very protective now, does not allow anyone to carry her brother, she will cry out loud if she see someone carry her brother and says "I want my baby brother back!!" Whoever want to carry her baby boy has to ask her for permission, but so far only 1 person sucessfully did that and only few minutes allowed. :):):):)

Here is my son, he is 2 months old now. He was born with 4kg(8.89lb) of weight. I guess due to his born weight, he grow rapidly with 2kg increase every month. He is now 8.1kg. Yes he is heavy :) I can build up some muscle by carrying him everyday. 0-3 months clothes cannot wear anymore, he needs to wear 6-12months clothes now :) :) Does he looks like me?

6 Years Anniversary

Time flies. I have married for 6 years. I do not remember how i have celebrated for the past 6 years, maybe it was just passed as a normal day. But this year is the special year of celebration. Hubby brought me to a French Cuisine for candle night dinner... a romantic dinner. I like it and enjoy the time together, a sweet memory, thanks to my lovely husband :)

Almost Time

Yes... my delivery time is approaching... is almost there. Is 39 weeks by end of this week. Yee Ern was born at 39 weeks, so i am expecting to check in to hospital anytime when the pain come. How is the feeling?? hmm is kind of mix feeling, although this is not the first delivery and i should have known what is going to happen, i am not scared of pain but i am kind of thinking about any emergency that might happen, i just pray that everything will go as normal as possible. :):)

How is my weight gain? ~20kg :S, since i back from US, every month without fail i put on 3kg. haha.. i dont think i want to post a picture here for you all to see my big tummy... is really big i guess... my tummy is getting attention from others. One morning i was having breakfast with my collegue he was telling me that no one will focus on pretty girl in cafe now but will look at you :S.... who ever got chance to bump into me will ask me this question:" are you having a twin?" then my answer:" Nope, is triplet inside.. hehehehehe."

15Weeks CheckPoint

I am 15weeks pregnant now. All the basic structures of baby's body are formed now. Head to bottom, should be about 3 1/2 inches long, about the length of a lemon, and weighs about 1 1/2 ounces. Sex??? Yet to find out :)

15weeks is going to 4 months already. Ha ha.. i remember my first pregnancy, first 3 months i already gain 10kg (normal weight gain for whole pregnancy should be about 12-15kg), my doctor always ask me please don't eat too much.. muahahahaha.... paiseh, colleague said i walked like penguin liao... hahahahaha

But this 2nd pregnancy is different, 4 months and i only gain 2.27kg:):):) way below my previous weight, last check up only go up 0.2kg. Nurse asked me: "Are you on diet??" :( ha ha.. i think i break my own record. Not me on diet, is just i can't find any food i love to eat here in US, only in my dream my favourite food appear :):)

This is a good news to me.. it means when i go back Malaysia i can eat all i want!! Eat all i want and no need to bother about my weight ..... hahahahahhahaha

I have called up my mum about what food i want to eat when i go back JB..hehehehe... first mum's cook, then i will go for nasi lemak and + + + +. Yummy yummy. So far i still think JB nasi lemak is the best... :):) If you happen to go to JB, don't miss the nasi lemak :)

Big Man Call Me

There is this big man stay upstair of my apartment, he is about 6ft++ tall. His car park is infront of my window. And my dining table is near to the window with my daughter highchair next to the window. So my daughter see him almost everyday in the morning and evening while she is having her breakfast and dinner.

Some of the times, she hardly sit still on her highchair and will stand up and down; climb up and down from her highchair.... headache.. haha.. so grandma always use the trick :"If you dont sit properly, big man will come and scold you... haha.." it works some time for grandma to hold her sit still for few mimutes on her highchair.

2 days ago.. grandma used the trick again.. i guess she has grown up and understand that big man who pass by every morning and wave his hand at her will not come to scold her.Then she answer grandma.. : "Big Man Call Me!"... muahahhahah.. hahahhahahahahahah. Trick never work again but it is fun to hear she say Big Man Call Me :):):):)

Garage Sales 1

Garage sales is really a great place to find cheap and good used stuffs. Last Saturday, i made a trip drove around and looked for good deal, guess what i got? haha, all the toys for my daughter. First is the wooden block toy, there are some paint missing on the block but it still looks good to me and i asked the owner : how much do you sell this? $0.50... my mind is thinking, really $0.50? are you sure, wood stuff, it will cost me at least RM20 in Malaysia... quickly pay my money and grab it.. And all the books cost me $2 only.

Then i came to Karen's house who has all her garage full of all sorts of toys and I was impressed on how many stuff she has, infact most of it looked new. The barbie doll is a new one and only cost $1.50. Is Hillary Duff as Sam in A Cinderella Story. She is my favourite disney movie star. Nice but is not for me la.. i am too old to play barbie doll. Keke Of course is for my girl.. but she scared of barbie doll now, not even dare to touch and ask mummy to show her from far :):) haha... Best deal of the day is the basket ball only cost 1 dime.. no bargain needed. :)

Bargain of the day, i am still at the house that full of toys... looking and searching.. then i start to chit chat with the owner ... bla bla bla.. and found that her son is working in Toy'r'us. And most of the toys there are display model toys given by toy'r'us and are brand new. Well, i am eyeing on one of the kitchen toy set... the sale price $35.... hmm.. is expensive.. but she said is only 1/3 of the original price and is brand new. I try to bargain to lower the price, she only manage to give me $25.

$25 to me is still expensive... My heart is not tempted, i do believe i can get a lower price... so I told Karen, if no one would buy it over the weekend, i will pay $10 for the kitchen.. this is my phone number, give me a call :). Then i left. :) Sunday morning as usual i went to church and went to a friend's baby shower after church and only came home about 6pm. So there is a phone message. Ahha... is Karen, her son say is ok to sell me for $10. So, me and hubby and my daughter make a trip to their house..... and i checked and checked through the item and i found the drawer was being screwed down and not able to move... her son wanted me to give him some time so he can fix it for me.. .. and "ting" i told him, why dont you teach me how to do it and i will do it myself but you have to give me some discount... And he offered me $7, i said $6.....

Haha... I got it at $6.. I bring the item home happily and hubby was telling me... ooooooh... you are so great... $6 is impressive. And I found the product website http://www.step2.com/ and the original cost is $99.99.....

And now.. i am in love with garage sales... muahahhahaha. I am happy to see my girl have more toys to play :):) where i only pay for low price. She really loves her kitchen, she was cooking donut, soup, noodles for me.. $6 is really a good deal from a good bargainer....
